Velour Beauty Studio Booking Policies

Velour Beauty Studio offers one-on one private services and is committed to delivering a luxury experience with precision, discretion, and excellence. Clients are expected to respect all policies to maintain this standard.

Consultation Requirement

All new extension clients must complete a mandatory consultation before booking. Consultations assess hair health, density, lifestyle, and desired look to ensure the most suitable installation method. A customized plan and quote will be provided following your consultation.

Booking & Deposits

A non-refundable deposit of (50%) is required to secure all installation that include extensions appointments. Extension services are time-intensive and reserved exclusively, therefore deposits are strictly enforced. A (50%) deposit is require for all other services , No appointment is confirmed without a deposit.

Luxury Hair Orders

All custom extension hair must be paid in full prior to ordering. Hair orders are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged. Please allow 5–10 business days for sourcing premium hair (timelines may vary).

Cancellation & Rescheduling

A minimum of 48 hours notice is required for any changes. Late cancellations will result in loss of deposit. Same-day cancellations or no-shows will require 100% prepayment for future bookings.

Late Arrival Policy

A 10-minute grace period is provided. After 10 minutes, your appointment may be shortened, rescheduled, or cancelled. Late arrivals may incur additional fees due to extended service time. If Our Team is late or has to cancel the same process will apply to you our client, a discount of 10% or full refund in the instance of a cancellation.

Appointment rescheduling with deposit forfeiture

Extension Maintenance Policy Maintenance appointments are required every 6–8 weeks depending on the method. Failure to maintain extensions properly can result in, matting, breakage, or damage. Aftercare instructions must be followed strictly.

No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of luxury services, all sales are final. If concerns arise, you must notify us within 48 hours of your appointment. Adjustments may be made at the discretion of Velour Beauty Studio.

Pricing And Adjustments

Final pricing may vary based on hair density and length desired volume and customization, All final pricing will be confirmed during consultation. once we finalized on our price payment is collected before service is rendered. your consultation/deposit fee will goes toward your total cost.
